I know of Jerry there who also keeps greyhounds. We came from Ballymackelligott outside tralee. As there are very few Hannafins around we must have some connection going back. Kerry. He had brothers, Michael and Peter Hannafin (or Hanifin) who worked their farm in Ardfert, Farenwilliam, County Kerry. Maurice had two sisters, Mae and Honora (Christine) who moved to the states many years ago. Have been to Ireland once in the early 80s. Am looking for any relatives in Ardfert, or elsewhere, who may know this family. Maurice moved to the US and married Mary Cahill, and they had two children, Richard and Maura Hannafin. When I was in Ardfert in 1984, I met my 2nd cousin, who owned a pub in Ardfert, named Jerry Hanifin.<br/>Any help would be appreciated. <br/>God Bless You All.<br/>Slainte!<br/>Maureen
