Hi!
My grandmother Rosemary Brosnan was (according to family legend) born in Ireland and her family came to the United States in the early 1900s. She has several siblings, one sister is a nun and one brother is a priest in Brooklyn, New York, which is where her family settled. She married Hugh McMurray in Manhattan and moved to Speedwell, Tennessee, where she had my mother, Marianne, and my aunt, Ada Barbara. She then moved to Los Angeles.
Does anyone have information on her family roots in Ireland?

Kelly have you looked around thie web site below. It a great site to get started. Since almost All Brosnans came from County Kerry around Dingle. Good luck in your search, and if you find a Brosnan Hanifin link please let me know
