My great-grandmother was Bridget Brosnahan from Liscarroll,Co. Cork. It is thought that her parents were James Brosnahan and Mary Sheehan who married 1836 at Kanturk Parish,Cork. My great-grandfather was Richard Browne of Meelin,Co. Cork. Both the Brownes and Brosnahans in Cork trace themselves back to Co. Kerry. Do I trip any triggers?

My ancestry is from James Brosnahan and Mary Sheehan, married 1836 in Kanturk. My ancestor was Cornelius. He had a younger sister named Bridget. However, the Browne connection may be problematic as the dates for the Browne connection do not work with my Bridget. I have been in touch with a Phillip Browne about this but the dates for his are a generation off. However our records are double checked by Mallow Center and by a privately hired genalogist in Ireland and I am confident of them.

I am at work and my data is at home. E-mail me and Friday night I will try to get back to you with what we have from the records in Ireland on Con and his siblings and parents.
