The name Hanifin (first name may be Jim) is mentioned in my grandfather’s journal dated October 19, 1943. He writes that Hannifin was out for dinner and they went to see Abie’s Irish Rose. Does anyone know this family or person? Could he have been stationed or training in St. Louis? (many trained at Washington University) Thanks.
